Taking a Reiki class is just the beginning. 

Becoming attuned to Reiki starts the healing process. As painful experiences begin to heal, your life begins to shift--sometimes dramatically. My mission is to guide you as you close the doors that no longer serve you and step confidently into the opportunities that await.

 I’m passionate about guiding people through life’s transitions based on my own journey of change and resilience.

• As a first-generation college student, I broke new ground in my family, opening doors to education and opportunities. 
• I’ve experienced the pain of divorce—not once, but twice—while navigating the complexities of being a single mother to my son. 
• My role as a caretaker weighed heavily on my heart when I supported my father through his struggles with alcoholism, and later as I cared for my mother during her battle with lung cancer. These experiences taught me the importance of compassion, perseverance, and the necessity of re-establishing one’s identity amidst loss.
• After dedicating 30 years to a fulfilling career in college teaching (where I advised and coached many students), I made a bold decision to leave that chapter behind and pursue a path aligned with my passion for healing. I started a Reiki business, which deepened my understanding of holistic wellness and self-discovery.
• At the age of 59, I took a leap of faith that many might consider unconventional: I sold most of my possessions and moved to Ecuador. This daring move was transformative, providing new perspectives and enriching experiences that fueled my desire to help others.
• It was at the age of 60 that I opened the doors to a brand new chapter as a life transformation coach. My purpose became clear: to empower women navigating significant life shifts. I believe that every ending is an opportunity for a fresh start, and I am here to guide you in embracing that journey.
